The Siouxland Community Blood Bank Mobile Unit will be at the following
• Monday, June 8 — Platte Community Center, Platte, noon-7 p.m.
• Monday, June 8 — St. John the Baptist Church, Fordyce, Neb., 3-6 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 9 — Avera Sacred Heart Hospital, Benedictine Center, Yankton, 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Friday, June 12 — Wausa Fire Hall, Wausa, Neb., 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
• Friday, June 12 — Walgreens, Yankton, 12:30-2:30 p.m.
• Monday, June 15 — St. Peter’s Fellowship Hall, Newcastle, Neb., 2-6:30 p.m.
• Monday, June 15 — Springfield Elementary School Auditorium, 2-6 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 16 — Tabor Community Center, 2-7 p.m.
• Wednesday, June 17 — South Dakota Human Services Center, Yankton, 9:30-11:30 a.m.
• Thursday, June 18 — St. Ann’s Parish Hall, Geddes, 2-7 p.m.
To be eligible to donate blood individuals must be at least 17 years of age; however there is no upper age limit as long as the donor is in good health. In addition, donors need to weigh at least 110 pounds and have not donated whole blood in the past 56 days. A photo I.D. is required at the time of registration.
