Old Mobile Home Owners Must List Property

From Jan. 1-Feb. 1 each year, the owners of mobile homes circa 1976 or older must list the mobile home with the county director of equalization in the county in which the structure is located. Any owner who fails to list his/her mobile home is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
