Meat & Trap Shoot Sunday
The Yankton Izaak Walton League of America is hosting a Meat & Trap Shoot Sunday at its trap field, located three miles east of Yankton on Highway 50. Start time is noon.
The event is an opportunity to prepare for pheasant season. It also marks the end of the league’s Tuesday and Wednesday night practice shooting. Sessions will now be held Saturdays from 1-4 p.m. as long as weather permits.
There will be prizes for each event winner, as well as a raffle drawing. For more information, contact Dean Anderson at 661-9289.
